Did You Know...

293,677 children in Canada were assisted by food banks in March 2009.

Food Banks are at an all time low.

Up to 25,000 people receive food from the Greater Vancouver Food Bank each week.

49% of assisted households are families with children.

Number of people in Canada assisted by a food bank in March 2009: 794,738.

The Food Bank does not receive any government funding.

Angus One and Templine is absolutely committed to being a socially and environmentally responsible organization. Our goal is to support local organizations that share our vision on sustainable practices and giving back to the communities, in which we live, work and play.

Please help us, help others! We will be collecting food donations at our offices located at #1800-777 Hornby Street until November 15, 2010, our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.
*The most needed items are: canned meat and fish, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta and rice.

We are proudly partnered with Shaw Cable in their new campaign: Together Is Amazing! Shaw and Campbell’s have launched an exciting first campaign Fill The Foodbank and for every pound of food donated; Shaw and Campbell’s will match, that means triple the donations so now is the perfect time to donate!
