An accomplished Business Development Manager and Customer Service Specialist, Andrew d'Eça has provided strong business leadership in a variety of competitive industries for over 20 years.  His extensive knowledge of customer service, needs assessment and excellent communication skills make him an invaluable member of the Angus One/Templine team.
Andrew's career and success has been built on years of focused sales and customer service training and experiences.  For over 6 years, Andrew worked for Xerox Canada in a variety of assignments and settings.  While at Xerox Canada he successfully managed BC's largest rural territory and was chosen to form part of an international marketing and research development team stationed in London, England.  After leaving Xerox Canada, Andrew spent several years with Savin Canada as an Account Executive before being recruited to Laidlaw Waste Systems as the Sales and Marketing Manager for the Greater Vancouver Region.  Prior to joining Angus One, Andrew worked as the Manager of Sales and Marketing for a large, national employment agency located here in the Lower Mainland.

Outside of the business, Andrew is a proud father and husband. He is married to Cecilia, a native of Guadalajara Mexico, and is the father of two children, Mark and Daniela.  Andrew loves meeting new people and helping others succeed.
